Horus GPS

Straight terms on hardware.

If a device stops working and we verify it's a manufacturer issue, we replace it — that's the deal, and it's the whole deal: no blanket warranty on coverage, uptime, or features. Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper self-installation isn't covered; replacements in those cases are billed. Two habits keep this fair on both sides: test every function right after installation — location, the data you entered in the platform, alerts, and the kill switch (engages only while stationary) — and call the same day if anything reads wrong. Consumables like sensor batteries are yours to replace. The full terms are in the Horus GPS Service and Equipment Rental Agreement shown at checkout and emailed with every order confirmation.

Fees are refundable only within 3 days of payment — and if equipment has already shipped, shipping both ways comes out of the refund. After that, fees already paid are non-refundable. Send the equipment back within 30 days of cancellation — return shipping is on you — and nothing more is billed. Unreturned or damaged equipment is billed at the published fee schedule — no surprises, it's linked right on the pricing page.

Your device rental for the first 24 months, the SIM card, and setup. There's nothing to buy — and after month 24 there's nothing new to pay: service simply continues at your same monthly rate.

Move the device to the next vehicle free. That's the point of renting the hardware.
